What to do if you don’t see your key within 10 minutes

• Check your email inbox and spam/junk folders.
• Verify that the email provided at checkout is correct.
  

In very rare cases (e.g., if instant stock on our automated delivery system temporarily sells out), delivery may require manual fulfilment. When that happens, you will receive your license(s) within 2–3 working hours during our operating hours (Monday–Sunday, 9:00–17:00 UK time).

🔑 Personal User Licenses

All license keys are strictly personal, single-use. Sharing or reselling keys is prohibited and may invalidate the license.

💾 Storage & Data Retention

• Once redeemed with Microsoft, the license is stored in your Microsoft account and follows Microsoft’s terms.
• We retain delivery records and your key for up to 30 days solely to support our 30-day warranty and customer service. After this period, we may irreversibly delete or pseudonymise key data for security and compliance.
• Please keep a secure copy of your key, but of course it will be also kept in your Microsoft Account

After successful redemption, your license is permanently associated with your Microsoft account and is covered by Microsoft’s lifetime warranty/support per Microsoft’s terms. Ongoing technical support is provided directly by Microsoft.
