If your key is invalid, faulty, or does not activate correctly, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Once the issue has been verified, we will provide a replacement key at no additional cost.

📩 Requesting a Replacement Key

Please email support@realkeys.co.uk and include:

1️⃣ Your order number

2️⃣ A brief description of the issue

3️⃣ A screenshot of the activation error

💻 Digital Products and Refunds

Product keys and digital downloads are non-refundable once they have been delivered, displayed, activated, or redeemed.

By requesting immediate delivery of digital content, you acknowledge that you may lose your 14-day cancellation right once delivery begins, where permitted by UK consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, invalid, or not as described.

📬 Product Key Not Received

If you have not received your product key, please check your spam or junk folder.

Please also confirm that the email address used at checkout was correct.

Contact us with your order number and we will resend the product after verifying your purchase.
