These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.realkeys.co.uk (managed by PC Zone UK Ltd, Company Number 12071093) and your purchase of products and services from us. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Scope of Services

We operate an online store supplying digital software licenses, primarily Microsoft product keys, delivered electronically (on-screen and/or via email). The website and checkout are powered by Shopify.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

By using the Services, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Digital Products; Important Conditions

• Delivery: Keys are delivered electronically; no physical shipment is required.
• Single-use: Keys are issued once and are strictly personal/non-transferable.
• Activation: After successful redemption, the license becomes associated with your Microsoft account and is thereafter supported by Microsoft.
• Compatibility: You are responsible for checking system requirements and edition compatibility before purchase.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when we deliver the digital key. We may cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/availability errors). If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund any amounts paid that we are legally required to refund.

6. Prices, Taxes & Billing

Prices may change at any time. The price payable is as shown at checkout at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes and fees that may apply. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing details and authorise us or our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total due.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Warranty (Digital Keys)

• Cancellations: Possible only before the key is delivered (shown on-screen or emailed). After delivery, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds: Not available once a key is delivered or redeemed, due to the nature of digital content and single-use codes (see Refund Policy).
• 30-Day Warranty: If a key fails to activate within 30 days of purchase, we will verify and provide a replacement key at no additional cost. Contact support@realkeys.co.uk with your order number and activation error screenshot.
• Post-Activation Support: After successful redemption, warranty and technical support are provided by Microsoft under their terms.
• Abuse/Fraud: We may refuse replacement where there is evidence of prior activation, misuse, sharing, or breach of these Terms.

8. Consumer Rights & Digital Content

By purchasing a digital key, you request immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day cooling-off right does not apply once delivery has begun or the key has been accessed/redeemed, in line with UK/EU digital content rules.

9. Delivery & Availability

Electronic delivery is usually immediate but may be delayed by security checks, payment processing, or system outages. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party providers or events outside our control. If a purchased product becomes unavailable, we may cancel and (where applicable) refund according to law.

10. License & Acceptable Use

On purchase, you receive a license key subject to the relevant software publisher’s end user license agreement (EULA). You agree not to resell, share, publish, or circumvent technological measures, and not to use the Services for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by PC Zone UK Ltd, its licensors, or relevant rights holders. “Microsoft”, “Windows”, and other marks are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. No rights are granted except as necessary to use the Services and your purchased licenses per the publisher’s EULA.

12. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools (e.g., payment processors) and links. These are offered “as is” without warranties. Use is at your own risk. Review third-party terms and policies before use.

13. Relationship with Shopify

www.realkeys.co.uk is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and customer relationships are with PC Zone UK Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us and is released from claims arising from such transactions.

14. Privacy & Cookies

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain data processing is performed by Shopify as described in that policy. Our site uses cookies and consent management tools in accordance with applicable law.

15. Errors & Changes

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including pricing, availability, and descriptions) and change or update information at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be notified in accordance with law.

16. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated by us in writing, the Services and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free access.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PC Zone UK Ltd (www.realkeys.co.uk) and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services or digital products, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PC Zone UK Ltd, www.realkeys.co.uk, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or violation of third-party rights.

19. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time (e.g., for suspected fraud, breach of Terms, or legal compliance). Upon termination, your obligations and our rights that by their nature should survive will continue (including payment obligations, IP, limitations of liability, and indemnity).

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

21. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights or obligations at any time.

22. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. No waiver of any term shall be a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies linked herein (including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the same subject.
