How does Real Keys work?

Real Keys, managed by PC Zone UK Ltd, provides genuine Microsoft digital license keys with instant online delivery. You select your desired product, complete payment, and receive your license key within minutes — displayed on-screen and sent to your email.

Are your licenses genuine?

Yes, 100%. We only sell authentic Microsoft product keys sourced from official Microsoft distributors across the US, EU, and Asia. We never sell volume, OEM, or counterfeit keys. Every license is verified for authenticity before being delivered.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Invoice is automatically emailed to you once your order is completed.

Do you sell physical products?

No. All of our products are digital licenses. Nothing is shipped physically — everything is delivered electronically for instant access.

🚀 Delivery & Activation

How fast will I receive my product key?

Instantly! After payment, your product key will appear on-screen and be sent to your email within a few minutes. In rare cases (for example, if our instant stock refreshes), delivery may take up to 2–3 working hours between 09:00–17:00 (UK time).

What if I don’t receive my key?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at support@realkeys.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll resend it promptly.

Where can I download the software?

You can download Microsoft software directly from Microsoft’s official download centre. Your product key will activate the software after installation.

🛡️ Warranty & Support

What warranty do I get with my purchase?

All products come with a 30-day activation warranty. If your key fails to activate within 30 days, we’ll replace it immediately — no hassle or long forms. After activation, you have lifetime support directly from Microsoft.

What happens after I activate my key?

Once redeemed, your license is stored in your Microsoft account and linked permanently. You’ll continue receiving updates and support directly from Microsoft for the lifetime of that product.

Do you provide refunds?

As digital licenses are unique and non-reusable, we can’t offer refunds once a key has been delivered or redeemed. However, if your key doesn’t work within 30 days, we’ll replace it under our warranty. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards through Shopify’s secure checkout system. All transactions are encrypted and processed safely.

Is your website secure?

Yes. Our website uses full SSL encryption, PCI DSS compliant payment systems, and GDPR-compliant data processing managed by Shopify. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Do you accept bulk or business orders?

My key isn’t working — what should I do?

Don’t worry! Simply email us at support@realkeys.co.uk with your order number and a screenshot of the activation error. We’ll verify the issue and provide a replacement key within hours.

Can I reinstall Windows or Office later?

Yes. As long as the license is linked to your Microsoft account, you can reinstall and reactivate your software anytime using the same account credentials.
