Thank you for shopping at RealKeys.co.uk. Please read our refund and warranty policy carefully before making a purchase.

🛡️ 30-Day Warranty on All Product Keys

We provide a 30-day warranty on all Microsoft product keys purchased through our store. If your key does not activate or is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a replacement key at no additional cost.

To request assistance or report an issue, email support@realkeys.co.uk with your order number and a screenshot of the activation error.

♾️ Lifetime Warranty with Microsoft

Once your key has been successfully redeemed and linked to your Microsoft account, it becomes permanently associated with that account. From that point forward, your warranty and technical support are covered directly by Microsoft under their standard terms.

🚫 Non-Refundable Digital Products

Microsoft license keys and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or redeemed. Keys are issued once per order and are strictly personal, meaning they cannot be retracted or reused once exposed or activated.

By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal/cooling-off period does not apply once delivery has begun (EU/UK digital content rules).

If you purchase but do not receive your product key (e.g., email delivery issue), we will promptly resend it after verifying your order.

🧪 Incorrect or Invalid Keys

If your product key does not work, contact us immediately at support@realkeys.co.uk. We will verify your key and issue a replacement if necessary, provided the issue is reported within the 30-day warranty period.

We may refuse a refund or replacement where there is evidence that:

  • The product key has already been successfully activated;
  • The license key has been misused or shared;
  • The request is made outside the 30-day warranty window.

📝 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before the product key or download information has been delivered. Once the digital product has been issued (displayed on-screen or sent by email), the order is considered completed and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
